• Starting with an entry level cleaning role, you would go through a 6 month probation process.
• Once probation is successfully completed, you have the option of becoming a permanent staff member and accessing the benefits, or remaining as a casual on a higher pay rate.
• There may be opportunities to apply for “Leading Hand” or “Supervisor” roles that arise in your current site, or with a transfer to another site.
• There may be opportunity to apply for a “Start Up” crew temporary project – where you will travel and set up the cleaning process at a new client site, and gradually train and handover to the local crew. All flights, accommodation and expenses are covered by BioGiene.
• There may be opportunity to apply for “Site Manager” role, which could be anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. If successful, BioGiene will assist your relocation expenses.
• You may eventually have opportunity to apply for Regional Management roles as they become available.
